Robert Handy is an industry leader in policing who served for more than 30 years in law enforcement in three jurisdictions: Phoenix, Arizona, and the cities of San Bernardino and Huntington Beach, California. Robert has extensive experience in all aspects of policing, having worked and led various specialty assignments throughout his career, culminating in his career as the Chief of Police in San Bernardino and Huntington Beach. Chief Robert Handy was a teacher at the university level in Criminal Justice for more than 20 years, first at Arizona State University and then at California State University Long Beach.
